Yes, but I believe you have to obtain a product ID from macromedia.
They've implemented a security model that doesn't allow flash to pull
data from one domain from another. So when you crate a central app and
someone installs it, your domain name becomes a folder on their hard
drive.

You can get test IDs from Macromedia at no charge, and if you decide to
sell the app, Macromedia takes care of the money part for you.

Candace, I'm assuming that the Central app doesn't have to be hosted on
the central site.  So if your company wanted to have a private app, your

company would be in charge of having to distribute it.  Is this right?  
Is the Central site just a public distribution point?
