didn't complain there, just went to there site & sent the message below...
i hope it doesn't look like over reacting. this is my main grocery, every
one there recognizes me.
i spend bookoo bucks there every week...
like i would steal a 12 dollar turkey...

after shopping at big bear for 12 years i am done. that little turkey give
away is a nice scam...
i quickly got my free turkey coupon after spending the required $300.00.
but when i went to purchase my stuff for thanks giving i didn't have the
coupon. they said i needed it.
though i didn't know where it was & didn't use it.
i told them you keep track of every thing else on my crappy card, why not
the coupon...
so screw you guys... i going to go with Kroger, & and going to tell my
family & friends to do the same...
