Something is stealing my cpu. When I look at the Task Manager, the
System
process isn't dropping down to 0 like it should. It's hovering around
25%
at
the minimum.
Does anyone know of a tool to inspect whats running in that process?
I've done a scan for spyware and virii and I'm not seeing anything. I've
checked the network traffic for my box and it looks normal.
