Supposibly they pay well but I have yet to get a check. On an average day I get
about $15 in clicks. They are VERY STRICT in what they consider a valid view so
whatever you weblogs show as hits is not what they report as hits.
According to them I had about 155,000 hits, 1100 clicks, and a 0.7 click rate.
According to my logs I have over 5 times that number of page views.

As for the HoF site, I designed the site to fit well into a 800x600 browser.
Those viewing on larger screen sizes used to have a bunch of extra room on the
site. I decided to put the ads in that extra space so it would not take anything
away from the 800x600 users. According to stats I've seen, about 50% of users
are still on 800x600 so I don't plan to expand the HoF viewing size yet. When
the stats alter, I'll readdress the issue. It might mean the removal of the
google ads or the like, but also the freeing up of more space. Future though.

> Those ads by Google seem to be everywhere now (including right here on the
houseoffusion site). I've read the pitch and it sounds okay but depends alot on
people clicking. Can anyone give me real-world figures on how much you can make
with decent traffic? If i have a website that gets a million hits a month, how
much will i make off Google ads, assuming people click on occaision?
