Well, I don't live in Florida, so do I win?  ;)

Actually, it's about 20 here - we had an inch of snow last night, and
the skies are crystal clear and there's a sharp breeze, but nothing
uncomfortable.  Got a cup of coffee (ok, coffee with a bunch of stuff in
it, thanks Starbucks) and enjoyed the air.  It's never this clear, and
the sun's never this bright in the summer around Chicago, only at this
point in the late fall and through the winter.
