Republican terms (Reagan, Bush, BushII) that the debt skyrockets while
during the only Democrat term in the last couple decades (Clinton) it's all
about balanced budgets and paying down the debt.
Whichever side you're on though, the balancing out doesn't just happen.
Things don't just "have a way of balancing out" by themselves. They are
balanced by the hardworking efforts of one side to counter the other.
