Finally closed on my house today after a lot of fun paper work issues and a
little last minute negotiations. It took me three years to find a house I
was really happy with, but i'm pretty picky.
Now all I have to do is paint it, put in some new carpet, a new kitchen
floor, and replace the counter top.
I am going to take some before and after pics and post them on my website,
I will send out the URL when I have it setup. Wish me luck :)
