from this situation as far and as quickly as possible. By that I mean you
make it crystal clear that his f*ck-ups are his and that you don't have time
to babysit. If they want quality let them pay for it, if they want cr*p let
them pay for it, either way don't assume any responsibility to train anyone
nor accept any responsibility for anyone else's work unless you are given
adequate resources to do so and you feel comfortable with ALL of the
conditions.

The only good thing is my boss said that he doesn't want me spending too
much time on this, and we will tell the department that he can't do it if

becomes too much hassle. (I think the department just thought this was a
