It's politically sensitive. Not to sound cynical about the judiciary, but
lots of people are worried about the flak from our largest trading partner
(the U.S.). And what with a new Prime Minister and all, there is
considerable pressure to be conservative in any decision I would think...
Not a good day for justice or reason with decisions like this, I would
say...
