Well, you too could run up and down 15 hardwood stairs, 20 - 30 times a
day, 7 days a week. They are right outside our back door ... Just
waiting for you :P :D

Then when you're done with the stairs, you can run on Charlie's well
worn track around the yard, under the deck, through the trees and along
the fence. She won't mind you doing laps :D
