I suggested "enregistre" since it's the informal ("tu enregistre") way
of telling someone to "save"... unless "enregistrer" is an irregular
"er" verb...  I suppose you could say "Enregistrez-vous", but our
French-Canadian translators said that they usually avoid using too many
formalities on the web.

I might be way off, but I haven't taken French classes in years and years.
