On the cbs page they do show enregistrement with no accent and it would have
one if the verb did, so I guess you are right. They are plainly not ignoring
accents either as other words have them.
Your sources look authoritative but I am getting 404 errors on all of them
except cbs and the swiss one. I'd actually like to take a look as it bugs me
not to know much tech terminology in French. I guess I will knock it back a
few levels till I get something.
