Birthdays suck

OK, let me see if I can get this all out. I'm turning 33 in an hour, my computer is crashed, I've got a small contract with a friend that's a week late on the computer in question and all the information on the contract as well as the contact info is on the crashed computer. Oh, and I may have a chance at a good job in the city but the info for that is on the computer as well.
Screw this. I'm going to invest in some notebooks and write everything down. I'm going to print out every email that I get with full headers. Every line of code will be put on paper once it's done. Hell, I'll print it as I finish writing it and have a long stream of code from start to finish when the days done. Computers suck and the only thing I can trust is a physical record.
