Lotusland was and know the circumstances around why they broke up.
The lead singer had a child and now lives here in DC. She occasionally
spends time at places like the Black Cat.

So, I "rediscovered" some mp3s that I had downloaded from mp3.com about

years ago. It is a female-led band called Lotusland. Anyone here heard

them? I've tried to find them online, but the closest I've gotten is a
Rush
cover band. I _believe_ the band was from LA. They may have disbanded I
suppose, but I forgot how much I loved their music.
