Ok, so here is what you have to do...
Open it up in IE, save it as a JPG, open it up in Word and copy it to
the
clipboard, then paste it into Paint, then save it as a BMP then import
it
into Freehand and export it as a GIF then import it into Corel Draw and
export it as a TIFF then import it into a database BLOB field, change
the
last 2 characters to 34 (in binary of course). Then write the raw output
to
a new TIFF import it to Photoshop and save as a JPG.
There ya go...
