yeah, and why would that be if not that the population is less than 10% black? It isn't as though there were Hispanics in the race... If Bill Richardson were running this year, then fine, I would say use your resources elsewhere. But nobody else is saying NM is not important to our strategy because the people out there have a different culture than we do...
