One caveat:  The top of the line, cat 6 cables are very hard to work
with.  The pairs are usually duplexed (like zip cord) and it is challenging
to break them apart.  I am sure that there is a tool for this, but I
haven't seen one, yet.

The top Belden cable has a dumbbell shaped cross-section that is even more
of a pita to deal with.
