You need the soft tofu for this (and not "silken")....
Freeze a ripe banana or two or three till good and solid.
Chop the frozen bananas into slices. Put in blender or food processor with
one tofu piece per banana.
Start with tofu and add banana pieces gradually. Blend until smooth. Add
water as desired to thin the mixture.
Additional optional ingredients include a spoon or two of tahini,
a spoon of honey, a tablespoon of flax or mixed omega oil, a raw egg. The
egg gives a
real creamy texture.
Makes a very nice milkshake. Some people have this kind of thing for
breakfast.

Thanks Ben. Tofu is great when you know how to make it. The person
formally known as wife took all my cook books and recipes in the divorce
and I only remember a few ways to prepare it.
