Realize you are dealing with corporate types if you put your ad in the
Post. They are not going to litter the place with too much junk, and
will probably leave your stuff intact. Talk to the person and be
explicit about the rules, you can probably get them to throw in an extra
$50 for a maid afterwards if you play your cards right.
