90% of what he did. So now I have to manage 5 web servers, over 15
sites, head up several projects, deal with over 500 dealers calling me
with questions, take calls from companies we've partnered with, and a
bunch of things I've blocked from my conscious mind for the last week.
Oh, did I forget to mention that I have to write CF apps while doing all
of this?
It's getting deep and I don't swim real well. :-|
With that said, can some one recommend software that I can use to track
the incoming calls. I want to keep track of the call time, what it was
about, contact information, when to follow up, if it's been resolved and
maybe help create a FAQ to boot. Is it possible some thing like this
exists?
