RE: Phone System Question

We just installed a VoIP phone system (Cisco) here at BloodSource (I wasn't involved this was an operations project).  We loose our old analog phones tomorrow, off to the great recycling bin in the sky.  As a user, the phone works fine for me, except I get this strange momentary echo effect when I answer the phone?
