What does it being common knowledge have to do with the toxicity
mentioned in the article and the dangers?

blahblahblah

My section routinely works with nanoparticles to reinforce polymers and
I used to work with nanoparticles on my last assignment. What is
described about the toxicity of small particles is really common
knowledge. Why would we use nanoparticles if it wasn't for their special
properties?
