I own my projects and have put them all into the public domain under the
terms of the GPL. There are some other electionware applications I built
that are excluded from the article.
Just to show how non-partisan open source is: someone I know runs IT for
the MD state GOP. He has downloaded the apps from CVS at
techcorps.clark04.com and is integrating the technology into their
processes as well.

Are any of the apps you've developed your own or does the campaign own
them?
If you have ownership of them, in the future you might want to sell
their
use to other campaigns.
