We're going through it right now and I'm sure we're going to get blindsided
by something. Some (possibly obvious) basics:

No COM objects.
Case sensitive.
Forward slashes instead of back slashes for things that access the
filesystem.

We're having fun. Not only are we migrating from Windows to Linux. Not only
are we going from 5 to MX. Not only are we merging two servers into one,
dir/file conflicts and all. Not only are we trying to implement a completely
new security architecture which means rewriting some apps. We're trying to
do all of those in one week! Yay!
