As a hosting provider I am sometimes asked about what tools are best to use.
I would like to provide a link or download for tools to my clients and was
wondering what everyone thinks is the best FREE (Not evaluations) tools to
use.

HTML Editors (CF,ASP, PERL, PHP and HTML):
Notepad
Email POP3:
Outlook Express (without the preview pane activated)
