Immediately. It works the same as selecting any other show.

I still haven't gone through all the menus and seen all the programs
available through the service, but there are a lot of them. And I did
see at least 150 movies, a mix of the new and the old, all of which are
free.

There are also a lot of PPV titles available. I didn't try to count
them, nor did I scroll through all the ones available after about 10
minutes of searching. Lots and lots of popular titles, but they all cost
at least $5 to see.

The other thing that surprised me was all the porn you get through the
service. There are at least 5 porn channels, and hundreds of different
shows. It seems like this is something Comcast is not going to have in
its present form for long, because it's just too easy to get it. I
didn't watch any, but some of the titles running under an hour were
free.
