Of *course* it was intense.  It was based on a Phillip K. Dick story.
Of course, the story was less about morality than the cool twist at the
end (which was different from the movie, BTW).

I highly reccommend this short to anyone who liked the film.  It's very
similar in premise, but the end is different enough to still get ya.
