another song question

You guys do so well at these, let me try you with one. The local alt rock station does not usually announce song names or artists except at the beginning or end of very long sets so a lot of times I google to find out who/what a given song is. I have not had any luck with this one, which has at least two people singing, one male one female.

Love is a sweet surprise
Something something something
Something something something
This is not a test this is not a drill
Take no prisoners, break their will

I think it's a relatively new band as I can't identify the voices, but that is not a given - this station also plays older stuff; one thing I googled turned out to be bruce cockburn. The male singer sounds a little bit like the guy from the thrills, but I don't think that's who it is.

Let me know if anyone recognizes this.
