I think it's a constantly evolving process. As I said before, our current
legal system is predicated on sophistry. It's just about who presents a
better argument of the possible events. With advances in forensic science,
we're seeing that the venerable methods of motive, witness, deduction, etc
are faulty.

As forensic science improves, I think there will be an ongoing evolution of
the legal process.
