he doesn't need his own nameservers, and they do not charge extra to
point the domain to other name servers.
We have over 100 doamin names with godaddy ... if they charged extra, I
would certainly know.
all he has to do is point it to ZoneEdit ... ZoneEdit will handle the
rest. Also a free service for one domain.
