The so-called new/upgraded server setting wizard FAILED without any err msg or
the like. I looked at the winXP/NT services, CF app srv is running, all other
cf related services are not. I hope I'm not speaking too soon.
And I'm caught between reboot the machine and wait for another HALF AN HOUR,
HALF AN HOUR to capture new server setting?
