It does have a lot of violence, but then again, it's not like Jesus died of a heart attack...
Anti-semitic? Not at all. Like everything else, those secretly hating jews are going to find justification anywhere, including this movie. Those who don't hate jews will realize that (according to the Bible, not me..he he) the whole thing was pre-ordained, so it can't be blamed on jews, romans or anyone else.
Anyway, it's just a movie, and a VERY good one in my opinion...
