for that price you should go for an Nvidia FX5200.
It should not cost more than US$100.00 .
It offers better performance than the ATI 9200 cards , in addition to
offering full DX9 support which the 9200 card does not.
THe second output on this ATI card is going to have to be a television,
and not another monitor unfortunately.
The Nvidia FX5200 supports dual monitor output.
