Yes, I would recommend 350 at a minimum, preferably 400 or more.  You might skate by with a 300, but it's not that much more and you can add components without fear for quite a while.

You may have to upgrade your power supply also.

I know going from something like P3 1.2 GHz to P4 3.0Ghz, you need a new
power supply.
