My client wants to know about his options for pre-recorded video files,
he is looking to put some speeches out on the Web. His potential
audience is rather large, and the site is already very bandwidth heavy.
Because of bottleneck concerns, I am thinking it would be a good idea to
look at a third-party service. Also, I would like to avoid the issue of
encoding the media myself since I am already a little too busy working
on other projects for him.

He may want to do some live streaming video at some point in the future,
tho. I'm not certain if this is something to be concerned with now.

I've use audiovideoweb.com, they were great for live online video.  Are
talking about live streaming or just a video feed from a media server?
