thing is way off on the BMI part. It doesn't take into account that
muscle weighs more than fat and just because you might weigh more
doesn't mean you're obese.

if i keep going the way i am now...i'm dead in 12 years.
quitting smoking will add 5 years.
if i bring down my BMI, in addition to quitting smoking, i can add add
another 3 years (up to 20 now).
if in addition to all of that, I go from pessimist to optimist...i have
another 54 years to go.
