Katie,
How much would you say that the Master's helped you?  I am getting my MBA from Webster, and I'm hoping it really helps me.  That and my stints at Allaire and Microsoft.

When I moved to Florida in 1995 I worked for a small
government contractor, basically doing admin.  They
sent me to some DSS classes so I could be a back up
for the FSO, doing security clearances and industrial
security.  Went back to school around that time, night
classes at Webster University to earn a Masters in
Computer Resources and Information Management.  After
I graduated I worked at Kennedy Space Center doing CF.
Juggling work, kids and school was a challenge, but I
managed to finish in 19 months.

Last year, when I decided I wanted to move back to
Kwajalein, the position of Information Systems
Security Manager was open, and the combination of the
degree and my work in Industrial Security and
knowledge of the NISPOM got me the job.

  That's the story...hehe....
