I wanted to get everyone's feed back how to solve what I am trying to do...
this is related to the Hosting software question I asked earlier.
As I said before we have many agents that have their own domain name, all
the agents domain names points to our DNS server and is directed to "one"
website. Every agent has the same website but each website is individually
customized as to template design and links that they chose in a custom
studio.
So if you go to any of the links below you will see that they all get
redirected to www.naseweb.com <http://www.naseweb.com/> but each site is
different.
www.timvaughan-ins.com <http://www.timvaughan-ins.com/>
www.gregsauser-ins.com <http://www.gregsauser-ins.com/>
www.larrysbertoli-ins.com <http://www.larrysbertoli-ins.com/>
www.rebeccagoessl-ins.com <http://www.rebeccagoessl-ins.com/>
What I would like to do is make it to where if someone visits www.mysite.com
<http://www.mysite.com/> it will stay in www.mysite.com
<http://www.mysite.com/> instead of have to redirect to a different domain.
My thinking for asking the question earlier was to use some type of domain
management software that would allow us to have a shared hosting environment
where each agent would have their own domain name and it stays in the domain
but everyone's domain would point to the same template system.
...man I hope that makes sense. Anyway can you see my predicament?
I am trying to figure this out for a new redesign to the current sites and
for a new project.
Thanks for any advice on this...
