So, what you're saying is that IIS is telling every user to your website
to open the source in DreamWeaver?
What happens if they don't have DreamWeaver, or for that matter, they're
using Linux as their OS?
What if they're not using IE - it's View, Page Source in Netscape, so
would you have different settings in IE to tell it different browsers on
every OS?
What if a site is run on *nix based Apache, does it somehow have
settings to tell people to open the source in a Linux based editor that
Windows people don't have?
If it was possible, then I think it'd be called, erm, what's the word?
HACKING!
You'd be taking control of a client's machine to tell it what to open an
application in, not their chosen application...
