Generally, when do men stop growing hair in new places?  I am 22, and starting to sprout chest hair.  I had none last year!  I don't really have a side burn or anything yet.  My dad does, he has full facial hair, and a rug on his chest.  I just want to be able to have a goatee already! Screw the puny chest hair!

  The hair does not break the surface of the skin, it grow under it causing bumps and sores, something I also suffered from when first starting to shave.  My facial hair has gotten strong enough that it doesn't do it anymore thankfully.  Because it is very annoying problem.
