I would say that it's not just one job, but many. Based on what you said
your current duites include, you're going to cost them a lot more than any
raise might be if you left... not just in the cost of getting one person up
to what you're doing with the sites but another person to handle the servers
and a third DBA.
Given that logic might help your case ;)
