accept enrollment information from different contractors to be able to
participate in an insurance program. The administrator will be able to
approve and disapprove contracts and forward the approved ones on to the
insurance company. The contractors will be able to report payroll and
manhours to the application and view any claims they might have filed.
Oh, and my manager wants a cms built into too. And remember, this is
strictly for educational purposes :-)
