beyond a doubt 'morally reprehensible' ?
No one is saying that the UN/US was responsible for the killings, the
question is simply why did they not move to stop them. THe fact that the
wrongdoers were the people wielding the machetes and clubs is not in
question.
The sheer hypocrisy of the UN/US is in question.
