:hmm:  I've never had a problem before.  I guess I'm lucky.
  But, I'll add..
  This is a private network (just 3 of my computers), and it makes life
easy for me if All the band stuff is on one computer, and all the work
stuff is on another.

  And thanks for the tip about the DVD codec.  I'll have to dig through the
discs and see what I can figure out.
