with no legal representation.
And there have been several reports of prisoner abuse in Guantanamo bay.
Two men that were released spoke extensively about the abuses they saw
in numerous press conferences.
Do you honestly think that imprisoning 600 men without legal
representation indefinitely does not in and of itself constitute abuse?
Some of them teenagers and the elderly?
The company which the US keeps in these actions is mostly Communist
regimes which Americans have decried on numerous occasions and hold
themselves better than.
Just as you now are trying to rationalize this by saying yes we are
keeping them prisoner illegally, but at least we're giving them the
basic necessities.
There is no rationalizing this,or justifying this. It is wrong.
It diminishes the standard of values in the US, making it that much
closer to those it regularly casts judgement against.

We're beating and torturing people? Killing prisoners?
How dare you compare the one to the other. We provide health care,
religious services and food and shelter. We do not make these prisoners
work in our fields or factories.
just, whatever.
