in about 15 years he will release Vol 3.

I agree that it had a different stylistic tone than Vol 1. From what I
understand, Tarantino originally intended it all to be one long movie
but
the studios saw what he had and made him re-edit for two movies.

The interesting thing is now I can't help but compare the two. I was
somewhat critical of Vol 1, but still found it compelling. While I
really
enjoyed Vol 2 I almost feel that I liked Vol 1 better. But that's kind
of
like saying I like my right leg better than my left. I still need them
both
to walk.

I will definitely be interested to see what they do for a box set.
