You could run an executable or bat file on the server to copy the files to the remote machine (assuming you have network access to their drives and permissions to write)
The other way is too scary. If a web page could reliably run an executable on my machine, I would NEVER load a web page again. Can you say del *.*? fdisk?

You might be able to via ActiveX if you can get a plugin installed on
every machine. However, using standard web technologies, there isn't a
way to do this. Security and whatnot, you know.
