> Question: Do people (or do YOU) RSVP "NO" when you aren't
> attending an event where an RSVP is requested?
Here's how I look at it
Since RSVP stands for "répondez, s'il vous plaît" or "please respond",
they're asking you whether you're attending or not
If you don't respond at all, then you're ignoring their request and
being rude
The RSVP request should be treated as a "reply whether you can go or
not"
