should increase the warning size, but the main point is to 'remind' people to
trim posts some. I can do it automatically, but....
The reason this came up was a poster to CF-Talk who posted the text of an entire
digest with his reply. This has come up in the past and it tends to annoy people
and mess up the look of the archives. If people are reminded to trim their posts
(and maybe have their posts over X size bounced), then maybe they'll do it.
