I was surprised to see comments in this ticket since I had not been
notified by email that there were any comments. It seems I have to
manually set the CC: field and then it should happen automatically. I'll
try that now. Anyway, I'm not used to this system so please bear with me.

Dave, I am only aware of instances in the examples, not the rules
themselves.
